Oak Park Villas is a condominium complex located in an unincorporated area of Pinellas county, just southeast of the city of Largo and running along the eastern shore of the Lake Seminole bypass canal.
The complex was built in the mid-1980's on approximately eight acres. It consists of eleven single-story buildings, each with four units, for a total of 44 units. Each unit includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached single-car garage. Each unit also has an assigned parking space, with ample additional spaces for guests. Community facilities include an unheated outdoor pool with a Jacuzzi and sun deck.
