Note that the DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM requires that a unit owner provide prior written notice to the Association of their intent to sell or lease, together with the name and address of the intended purchaser or lessee.  The Association has thirty days to approve or disapprove the proposed transaction.  Any sale or lease not authorized pursuant to the terms of the DECLARATION may be voided.
