Rules and Regulations
The following are the Rules and Regulations established by the Board of Directors at the April 20, 2022 Board Meeting. These are in addition to the unit owner responsibilities and use restrictions defined in the Declaration of Condominium. These Rules and Regulations replace any and all prior versions of Oak Park Villas Rules and Regulations.
